Gianna is an incredible agent. She's so thorough/detail-oriented, responsive, a good communicator (to us and the seller), and we really felt like she had our back and fully represented our best interests. We had to move quickly (much earlier than expected) on a house that we liked and she was always a step ahead talking to the right people and letting us know what needed to be done in order to get the house we wanted. And in the end, we got the house! We love her so much that she is our agent for our old house that we are selling and hopefully in the future for more houses. :)
